In a new Interview with Business Innovators Magazine, Kilan Anderson, the friendliest and best car matchmaker in Galveston County, which is just outside of Houston, Texas, talks about providing life long friendship and outstanding service in automotive sales for new and used cars.

In the interview Kilan goes into detail about what sets him apart from the average car salesman, “I best serve my clients by providing them with the up most respect, love and understanding. I am blessed to have a great product and that I represent an amazing staff that cares about our clients needs… we don’t just sell cars… we are providing reliable transportation so that our clients lives are less stressful and more enjoyable.”

Kilan enjoys making the car buying experience an enjoyable one for the people he works with. In fact, the Crowell Family, who purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Buick Encore from Kilan, noted that Kilan was “very very patient” with them as they worked through the car buying process. It took the Crowell’s several days to decide on a vehicle, and Kilan was there with them every step of the way, lending his knowledge, expertise, and fun and friendly demeanor to them as they navigated through the process. Tosha Crowel said that she “couldn’t ask for a better experience.” What did her young son have to say about the experience? When asked, Gabe Crowell excitedly noted,“I just had a great experience being with him [Kilan] it was so fun and awesome.”

Not only does Kilan make the car buying experience enjoyable, but he also specializes in solving problems for his clients and helps match them with their ideal vehicle. According to Jeff Gehman, who purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from Kilan, “I had some preconceived notions of what I was looking for and what I wanted. He showed me that perhaps some of the notions or ideas I had didn’t quite fit reality. He guided me along with the sales manager, and kind of pointed me in the right direction and why what I was thinking I was going to do wasn’t the best for my current situation. They got me to where I needed to be.” Kilan matched Gehman with his ideal vehicle while also ensuring the financial side of matters were agreeable. According to Gehman, “My first goal was to have a monthly payment that was a little different than before and I got a bit of an upgrade from the vehicle that I had before. So it’s been a good and accommodating experience for me and my family of course, because it affects my family too.”

A big part of the satisfaction that Kilan gets from his work is being able to see the worry and stress melt away from the people who he is working with as they realize they no longer need to worry about their current vehicle situation. Kilan also has a reputation of being a “hub” of information for those who are currently having car troubles. He has assisted and guided many throughout these struggles. According to Kilan, many car owners simply do not know what to do when their car starts to fail them. In a recent experience, Kilan was able to direct a young woman- whose car was giving her trouble so she was simply going to take it to a random mechanic to get it fixed – to instead get free repairs at his dealership along with a free car rental while her car was being fixed because her vehicle was still under warranty and she was unaware of it! Saving her a few hundred dollars, it’s moments like these that make Kilan’s caring and community based attitude shine.

Kilan is constantly promoting causes that benefit the community. In late 2016, Kilan participated in the 22 push-up challenge. The challenge consisted of doing 22 push-ups a day for 22 days to help bring awareness to the 22 veterans who suffer from PTSD and commit suicide every day. In addition to this Kilan is partnered with Got Child!, a nonprofit organization bringing awareness to prevent children from dying from Hot Car Deaths. As an active member of the car industry, Kilan wanted to partner up with Got Child! to bring awareness to stop children from being dangerously left, and unnoticed, in hot cars. Kilan plans to bring awareness by donating on behalf of all the customers who purchase a vehicle from him this year. On behalf of Got Child!, Kilan pledged to raise $5000 to support the cause.
